안녕하세요. 뮤직플랜트입니다.

14세 미만의 고객이 회원으로 가입할 경우 유/무료서비스 이용, 상품구매 및 재화거래를 위해 '법정대리인(보호자) 동의서' 및 '관련자료 증빙'이 필요합니다.

회원 가입을 희망하는 14세 미만의 고객은 아래 내용을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

1. 본 게시글에 첨부된 워드 파일 다운로드 후 출력 (파일명: [뮤직플랜트] 14세 미만 법정대리인 동의서.docx)

2. 신청인과 법정대리인이 자필 작성/서명 후 사진 촬영(또는 스캔)

3. 관련 자료(신청인의 주민등록등본 또는 의료보험증 사본)와 함께 뮤직플랜트 CS 메일 (cs@musicplant.co.kr)로 전송

4. 관리자 확인 후 승인 처리

If a customer under the age of 14 joins as a member, a "legal representative (guardian) consent form" and "evidence of related data" are required for the use of paid/free services, product purchase, and goods transactions.

For customers under the age of 14 who wish to join the membership, please refer to the information below.

1. Download and print the word file attached to this post (File name: [뮤직플랜트] 14세 미만 법정대리인 동의서.docx)

2. Take a photo (or scan) after the applicant and his legal representative write/signature themselves

3. Send the relevant data (a copy of the applicant's resident registration or medical insurance card) to the MUSICPLANT CS mail (cs@musicplant.co.kr)

4. Process approval after checking with the administrator
