포스터는 종이 상품의 특성 상 제작/유통/배송 과정에서 구겨짐/접힘/오염이 발생할 수 있으며 이로 인한 교환/환불은 불가합니다.
지관통을 구입했으나 선착순 소진으로 포스터를 수령하지 못하신 경우, 또는 앨범 내 접지 형태로 삽입되어 지관통이 필요하지 않은 경우에는 지관통 상품만 환불을 도와드립니다.

If you would like to receive the poster, which is provided separately from the album, in a poster tube, you must purchase the “Poster Tube” product together with your order.
If you do not purchase the “Poster Tube” product, the separately provided poster will be folded or rolled for shipping.
Please note that, due to the nature of paper products, posters may become wrinkled, folded, or stained during the production, distribution, and shipping processes. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for such issues.
If you purchased the “Poster Tube” product but were unable to receive a poster because the posters were sold out on a first-come, first-served basis, or if the poster is included in the album in a folded format and therefore does not require a poster tube, we will only issue a refund for the “Poster Tube” product.
